A short video on how I would play classic games on my PS3. I was also trying out a new video recording style with a GoPro Hero 4 Silver. Instead of using a PS3 screen capture and picture in picture, I wanted to test something different. The classic systems (Nintendo, Super NES, Sega Genesis, arcades, etc) are simulated/emulated using 'emulators'. With these emulators we can play backups of our old games, known as 'roms'. A rom is a digital copy of cartridge games.

Read this short blurb about emulators from wikipedia, You can find copies of your favorite retro games (or ones you've never played or didnt even know about) on the websites I tried to mention at the end of the video (before my cellphone started ringing) Coolrom.com and Freeroms.com You will need a PS3 system running Custom Firmware.
